Making it Personal

Terms and
Conditions

Everyone hates the small print but sadly it’s necessary, so please read our terms and conditions thoroughly. We are always happy to help so if you do have any questions please contact us at shop@thetwobonnys.com or on 07809 907675 before placing an order.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • We'll let you know that we have received your order and also send you an invoice so that you can make payment.

  • Once we receive payment we will do a mock up of what you item will look like. We'll then email this to you for approval.

  • If you need to change or cancel your order once the job has commenced there maybe additional charges that you will need to pay to fulfil your order. We will notify you of any extra costs before any new changes take place.

ORDER TURN AROUND TIMES

  • Once we've had the thumbs up from you to say that you are happy with the mock up we will make your items in accordance with the choices and information you have given us. 

  • We then require 2 days to make your order.

 

POSTAGE

  • Our products are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and we'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.

  • If you require your item sooner please contact us on shop@thetwobonnys.com

  • Delivery via Royal Mail may take longer at busy times, such as Bank Holidays and Christmas. This is beyond our control but please be aware of this when placing an order.

 

HAVING THE CORRECT INFORMATION

  • Please ensure that you double check that you have entered your postal address correctly, including your postcode.  We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item has been sent to the wrong address due to an error made by yourself.

 

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

  • Please ensure that you double check that you have correctly entered the wording that you would like printed, including any capital letters and spellings.

  • We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item has been misspelt or mistyped due to an error made by yourself.

  • If you wish to change a personalised item you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time the item maybe in production and cannot be altered, changed or cancelled and no refund will be given.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Personalised orders cannot be refunded or exchanged as they will have been specifically made to your requirements and therefore cannot be re-sold.

  • If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time the item maybe in production and cannot be cancelled and no refund will be given.

  • If there is a circumstance where our workmanship or quality of materials is in question we will replace any faulty item at our expense.

 

PRODUCT CARE

  • Our products are not intended as toys and so they need to be kept out of the reach children. We are not responsible for any injury or damage caused if you choose to ignore this warning.

 

PRODUCT COLOURS

  • Please be advised that due to differences on your computer, laptop, mobile or tablet screen the colour of your item may vary slightly in real life to what you see on our website.

PRIVACY

  • By placing an order with The Two Bonnys you acknowledge and agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with the terms of our  privacy policy which is subject to change from time to time.
