Postage & Returns
Postage costs are included in the price shown above the drop down menus on each listing so that you can keep track of what you are spending.
Our products are then sent out via 1st Class Royal Mail and will show as free shipping on the payment page.
They generally take 1-3 working days to arrive after you have received your dispatch notification. If you require your order sooner please contact us
We only post to addresses within the UK but if you would like any of our products sent further afield please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery via Royal Mail may take longer at busy times such as Bank Holidays and Christmas.
This is beyond our control but please be aware of this when placing an order.
Processing times can vary depending on what item you are purchasing, so please carefully check the information on the listing for the product you are interested in buying. Alternatively see the information below:
Your order will be made and posted out to you within 2-3 working days of us receiving your order and payment.
It will then take a further 1-3 working days to be delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail.
We will notify you if there is likely to be a delay.
1st Class Postage
If you incur any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days so that we can resolve any issue.
Products that are personalised or made-to-order to your specific requirements are
non-refundable, unless faulty.
Non personalised items can be returned if they arrive damaged or are defective. If this does happen please contact us within 7 days.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for any return postage costs and we also request that you obtain a proof of postage. Sadly things do sometimes get lost in the post and we will not be responsible for any losses if this does occur when items are being returned.
