Postage & Returns
1st Class Postage
Postage costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased and are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
UK only
We only post to addresses within the UK but if you would like any of our products sent further afield please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Busy
Times
Delivery via Royal Mail may take longer at busy times such as Bank Holidays and Christmas.
This is beyond our control but please be aware of this when placing an order.
Processing
Times
Once you have told us that you are happy with the mock up/proof of your item we require 2 working days to make your order.
We will notify you if there is likely to be a delay.
Returns
If you incur any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days so that we can resolve any issue.
Products that are personalised or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
