We have answered some of the most commonly asked questions below,

  • When will my order arrive?
    Processing times can vary depending on what item you are purchasing, so please carefully check the information on the listing for the product you are interested in buying. Alternatively see the information below: • Your order will be made and posted out to you within 2-3 working days of us receiving your order and payment. • It will then take a further 1-3 working days to be delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail. ​• We will notify you if there is likely to be a delay.
  • I have an idea for a personalised product, can you help?
    If you have an idea for something that you would like us to make please contact us for more details on how we can bring your idea to life. Also, try to provide as much information as you can about your project. Alternatively, if you have seen an item on our website but would like to modify it in anyway to suit your ideas/needs please contact us
  • How do I supply you with the personalised text that I require on my products?
    You can supply the text that you require in the ‘Add a message about your order’ section. This is on the ‘Your Basket’ page. Please separate each word/name with a comma. Please ensure that you double check that you have correctly entered the wording that you would like printed, including any capital letters and spellings.
  • How can I make a bulk order?
    If you require a larger quantity of items than is shown on the product listing you are interested in please contact us. We can then provide you with more information on pricing and how to order. Before placing a large order of products you may prefer to order just one of the products you are interested in.
  • Can I change my personalised order?
    If you wish to change your order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • Can I cancel my personalised order?
    If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • Can I return personalised items?
    Personalised items cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged as they will have been specifically made to your requirements and therefore cannot be re-used. So please ensure that you double check that you have correctly entered the wording that you would like printed, including any capital letters and spellings. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself. If it was a mistake on our behalf or the product is faulty we will get a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.
  • Can I return non-personalised items?
    Non-personalised items can be returned if they arrive damaged or are defective. In the unlikely event that this does happen please contact us within 7 days.
