FAQ's

We have answered some of the most commonly asked questions below, however if you still need advice or help regarding any of our products please contact us

  • What information do you need when I place an order?
    1. Your Name 2. Your Postal Address 3. Phone Number (we will only use this if we can't contact you via email) 4. The product that you are interested in 5. Your choices of size, quantity, design, colour and font for your chosen product (these can all be found on each product page) 6. A list of names/text that you would like on each product
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Once you have told us that you are happy with the mock up/proof of your item we require 2 days to make your order. Your order will then be posted out to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24. We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
  • How do I make payment?
    We'll send you an email to let you know that we have received your order and also send you an invoice so that you can make payment. The invoice will have our bank details on so that you can pay via bank transfer.
  • Can I change my personalised order?
    If you wish to change your order you must contact us within 24 hours of approving your mock up/proof. After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • Can I cancel my personalised order?
    If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of approving your mock up/proof. After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • Can I return personalised items?
    Personalised items cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged as they will have been specifically made to your requirements and therefore cannot be re-used. So please ensure that you double check that you have correctly entered the wording that you would like printed, including any capital letters and spellings. We cannot issue a refund or exchange if the item has been misspelt due to an error made by yourself. If it was a mistake on our behalf or the product is faulty we will get a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.

Monday - Thursday: 10am - 6pm Friday: 11am - 2pm
