The Two Bonnys take the privacy and personal data of our clients and the visitors to our website seriously.

This privacy policy details what personal data we collect and what we do with it. It also includes how to update the information you have given to us.

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

We ask for your personal data when you fill out the contact form on our website, when we partake in email or telephone communications with you and also when we meet you in person at wedding shows.  We may collect any of the following:

• Your email address

• Your telephone number

• Your postal address

 

We may also receive your details via any enquiries you make about our services and availability via various wedding directories. Each directory will have their own privacy policy in place.

OTHER DATA WE COLLECT

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics to find out information about our website, such as how many visitors we get, what pages they visit and for how long. This information is only used to look at our visitors behaviour and helps us to improve the way our website works. We can’t identify certain individuals with this information and we don’t make, or allow Google to make, any attempt to find out either.

 

WEBSITE COOKIES

A cookie is a simple computer file made of text and allows web applications to respond to you as an individual and personalise your web experience. A cookie doesn’t give us access to your computer or any information about yourself, other than the data you wish to share with us.

Most web browsers allow users to choose to accept or decline cookies but if the user declines then some websites may become unusable.

 

HOW WILL YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE USED

We use the personal data you give us to contact you regarding the event you are enquiring about or booking our photo booth for, plus internal accounting and collecting payments.  This may include communications via email, telephone, text messages or postal mail.

We don’t send newsletters out to our clients, so your inbox won’t get full of unwanted emails from us. However, if we do decide to start sending newsletters or similar content, we will inform you of this first so that you have the choice of opting in or out of receiving anything.

 

We will never share or sell the personal data you give us with any other individual or company unless you give us permission to do so or we are required by law to do so.

 

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR

We retain your personal data for as long as you are our client.  This is in order to collect any fees or monies owed, enforce our terms and conditions, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

 

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal data that we hold for you at anytime.  You can do this by emailing your request to Faye and Jon Bonny at info@thetwobonnys.com
